At EgoGames, every week has a fixed beat. On Monday, the previous week's cashback lands on the account, on Wednesday free spins are waiting, from Friday the weekend reload runs, and throughout all the days a balance of credits grows quietly in the background, ready to be redeemed in the Coin Shop. Once it is clear how these building blocks fit together, there is never any need to wonder whether a visit is worthwhile today or tomorrow.

On this page we explain every promotion the way we would explain it to a friend: what is on offer, what is required, where the catches are and which style of play an offer really suits. The detailed rules of the welcome package are collected on a separate page about the welcome bonus and its wagering requirements, so that this page can focus entirely on everyday play. All offers on egogames1.com apply exclusively to adults aged 18 and over.

Why we rely on a fixed rhythm

There are two ways to plan promotions. One relies on surprise: a huge offer today, nothing tomorrow, something completely different the day after. The other relies on reliability. At EgoGames we deliberately chose the second option.

The reason is simple. Surprise offers create time pressure. Anyone who fears that a bonus will never return deposits faster than actually planned. A fixed weekly plan takes that pressure away. The Wednesday free spins come back next week, and so does the weekend reload. Nobody misses anything decisive by skipping a week now and then.

A second advantage: a rhythm can be planned into a budget. Knowing that a reload with 50% up to €100 is waiting on Saturday makes it possible to align the planned weekend deposit with it exactly, instead of reacting spontaneously to some pop-up.

The building blocks of our week

Before we go through the individual days, here is a brief summary of all regular promotions:

Promotion Period Content Requirement
Cashback weekly, credited at the start of the week 8% to 25% of net losses rate and wagering depend on the VIP level
Free spins reload weekly, midweek 100 free spins, game: Sweet Bonanza deposit on Wednesday
Weekend reload Fri, Sat and Sun half of the deposit up to €100, plus 50 spins on Big Bass Splash at least €40
Coin Shop permanent free spins on freely chosen titles collected credits
Battles ongoing, formats change prize pots for the top of the leaderboard points according to tournament rules
Welcome package deposits one to four up to €2,750 bonus, 335 spins €20 per stage, 30x wagering

No bonus code is needed for any of these promotions. Everything that requires a deposit is suggested directly during payment in the cashier, and a tick decides yes or no.

Monday: cashback to start the week

Our week starts with a refund. Part of the net losses of the past week comes back as bonus funds. How big that part is depends on the VIP level.

How we calculate cashback

The net loss is everything staked in a week minus everything won in the same week. An example with round numbers: a player stakes €450 over the course of the week and wins back €330 in total. The net loss is €120.

At the entry level, cashback is 8%. So €120 becomes €9.60 in bonus funds, which are wagered 10x before they can be withdrawn. The maximum at this level is €50 per week.

At the top level, the same calculation looks very different. There it is 25%, the wagering falls to 1x, and the maximum is €7,500 per week. €120 of net loss would become €30 of cashback, freely available after a single turnover.

What cashback does and does not do

Cashback is a kind of cushion. A weak week feels less heavy with it, and without any prior activation. Players who spend a lot of time at live tables in particular benefit, because live games count only to a limited extent towards classic deposit bonuses but flow into the net loss quite normally for cashback.

What cashback cannot do: compensate for losses. It only ever returns a fraction. Anyone who deliberately raises stakes just so more comes back on Monday will as a rule lose considerably more than comes back on Monday. We say this so clearly because we actually hear this idea in the chat now and then.

And a small detail that is often overlooked: anyone who finishes a week in profit receives no cashback. That is not a disadvantage but simply the logic of the system. Without a loss, there is nothing a refund could relate to.

Tuesday: the quiet day for the Coin Shop

Tuesday has no promotion of its own with us, and that is exactly what makes it interesting. Many regulars use it to drop by the Coin Shop.

How credits are earned

Every normal round of play at EgoGames earns credits on the side. Nothing has to be activated for this, and there is no deadline by which they must be used. The credits simply run in the background.

What is waiting in the Coin Shop

The Coin Shop turns these credits into free spins, with the player deciding which title they land on. We particularly like to recommend three of them from our own experience:

  • Book of Fallen: a book slot in the classic tradition. In the free spins, a randomly chosen symbol expands across entire reels. Anyone who knows the concept feels at home immediately.
  • Temple Tumble: a Megaways title with stone blocks that crumble after every win and reveal new rows. It often starts inconspicuously and grows wider with every hit.
  • Money Train 3: famous for its respin feature with special symbols. It takes patience until it triggers, and after that it often gets loud.

Our advice on redeeming

Credits do not expire overnight, so there is no reason to rush. We ourselves prefer to redeem them when a short session is planned anyway, for example on a Tuesday evening without any other promotion. That way the free spins extend a session that would have taken place regardless, instead of providing an extra reason to log in.

Wednesday: 100 free spins on Sweet Bonanza

Midweek it gets sweet. A qualifying deposit on Wednesday earns 100 free spins on Sweet Bonanza.

What makes Sweet Bonanza special

Sweet Bonanza is one of those games almost everyone has seen at some point. Sweets, fruit and lollipops fall onto a grid. There are no lines: all that counts is whether eight or more identical symbols are visible at the same time, no matter where. After every win the winning symbols disappear, new symbols slide in, and sometimes one win follows the next.

In the free spins round, colourful bombs come into play that carry a multiplier. If they remain after a chain, the win of that spin is multiplied by them. These are exactly the moments that get talked about in the chat on Thursday morning.

The rules of the Wednesday reload

  • The spins are credited as soon as the Wednesday deposit has been received.
  • They apply exclusively to Sweet Bonanza.
  • After crediting, there are 24 hours to use them.
  • Whatever is won lands in the bonus balance first, and the wagering on the promotion card applies to it.

We show the minimum amount and the wagering factor for these winnings directly on the promotion card in the account, because we keep these values up to date there.

A Wednesday evening as it looks for many

End of the working day, a quick deposit, the free spins start. A hundred spins on Sweet Bonanza take only a few minutes with autoplay. Afterwards there is a bonus balance on the account, sometimes small, sometimes surprisingly large, sometimes nothing at all. Anyone still in the mood then wagers the balance on suitable slots. Anyone who is not leaves it for the next day, as far as the deadline allows.

Our tip from experience: do not save the free spins until just before they expire. 24 hours pass faster between work, family and sleep than the calendar suggests.

Thursday: time for Battles

Thursday has no fixed deposit promotion, but tournaments are practically always running with us. A Battle works like a little race: on specified slots, participants collect points, the leaderboard updates live, and at the end the top places share the advertised prize pot.

The formats change. There are short evening tournaments, leaderboards over a whole week and themed festivals with their own prize pool. The Shamrock Wins Festival, for example, had €2,000 in the prize pot. Which games are currently scored and how points are earned is explained in detail on our page about the running Battles and their scoring rules.

Why do we count Battles as promotions even though they require no deposit? Because they turn a perfectly normal slot session into something extra. The playing happens anyway, and the leaderboard adds a small competition on top. Anyone not in the mood for rivalry simply ignores the Battles and loses nothing by doing so.

A thought we pass on to everyone taking part for the first time: a place just behind the prize ranks is not a signal to raise the budget. The leaderboard keeps moving until the last minute, and every extra deposit made to hold a place is real money.

Friday to Sunday: the weekend reload

From Friday our weekend reload runs. The deposit must be at least €40, and we add half of it as a bonus, capped at €100. On top there are 50 free spins on Big Bass Splash.

Game covers of Big Bass Splash, Big Bass Bonanza and Big Bass Amazon Xtreme for the weekend reload

Three deposits, three results

How the 50% works out depending on the amount is shown in a small table with amounts we often see day to day:

Deposit Bonus Playing balance Free spins
€40 €20 €60 50
€80 €40 €120 50
€250 €100 (maximum) €350 50

From a €200 deposit the maximum of €100 is reached. Anything above that brings no additional bonus, only more of one's own money on the account. Anyone who wants to deposit more at the weekend anyway still gets the full bonus, but should be aware that the percentage effectively becomes smaller with high amounts.

Big Bass Splash in two sentences

The angler slot is one of the most uncomplicated titles in our lobby. In the free spins, a fisherman collects the cash values of all the fish on the screen, and every additional fisherman extends the round and increases the multiplier.

Who the weekend is worthwhile for

The weekend reload suits above all players who have planned a deposit for Saturday or Sunday anyway and mainly play slots. For them, 50% is a solid addition.

The reload is less suited to two groups. First, anyone who mainly plays in the live casino, because live games contribute hardly anything to bonus wagering. For them, the Monday cashback is the more valuable building block. Second, anyone who would only deposit because of the promotion. A promotion is an addition to the plan, not a reason to change the plan.

The welcome package in the weekly plan

For new players, the welcome package comes before all weekly promotions. Spread across the first four deposits, it adds up to a maximum of €2,750 in bonus and 335 free spins, with 110%, 75%, 50% and 100% on the individual stages and free spins of their own on Gates of Olympus 1000, Bigger Bass Splash, The Dog House Muttley Crew and Revenge of Loki Megaways.

How does that fit into the weekly plan? Our recommendation: while a package stage with outstanding wagering is still running, it is better to skip the weekly promotions that require a deposit. Two open wagering requirements at the same time make it hard to track both cleanly. Cashback and the Coin Shop continue independently anyway. As soon as the wagering of a stage is done, the way is open again for Wednesday free spins and the weekend reload.

All stages, conditions and worked examples for the package are on our page about the EgoGames welcome bonus.

How promotions and VIP levels are connected

Not every promotion is the same for everyone. Cashback rises with the VIP level, and significantly so: at the very bottom 8% capped at €50 with 10x wagering, at the very top on level 25 then 25% capped at €7,500 with 1x wagering. On top come free spin rewards on promotion and, from level 11, a personal manager who helps directly with questions about promotions.

VIP levels result from regular play; no registration is needed. How the climb works and what changes on the way up is described on the page about our VIP Club with its 25 levels.

A frank word on this: we do not want anyone to chase levels. Anyone who deliberately plays more in order to move up will as a rule pay more for it than a higher cashback rate ever brings back. The club is meant to reward what is played anyway.

Accepting promotions correctly

So that no promotion is activated by mistake or missed, we have deliberately kept the process simple.

Before the deposit

In the account, every available promotion shows its own card with the period, minimum deposit, wagering and eligible games. Reading it saves any surprises later. We recommend genuinely reading the card in full once, not just the big number at the top.

In the cashier

With a qualifying deposit, the cashier offers the matching promotion. A tick activates it. Without a tick, the deposit goes through normally without a bonus. Both are equally fine with us, and nobody in support will ask why an offer was not used.

After crediting

Free spins appear automatically in the matching game and should be started within a day. Bonus funds show a progress bar for wagering in the account. In the lobby, the "Bonus Wagering" section helps to open only games that actually contribute to wagering. An overview of all categories and studios can be found in our game lobby with over 7,000 titles.

What happens when a deadline expires?

This question comes up surprisingly often in the chat, so we answer it in detail here.

With free spins it is simple: anyone who does not start them within 24 hours of crediting loses them. Free spins that have already started run to the end as normal.

For bonus funds from the welcome package, a deadline of 10 days from activation applies. If the wagering has not been completed by then, the remaining bonus funds and the bonus winnings arising from them expire. Real money, meaning the amount deposited by the player, is not affected, as long as it has not already been played away.

With cashback, the deadline for wagering depends on the conditions of the respective level. On the upper levels with 1x wagering this practically plays no role, because the wagering is reached quickly.

Our advice: better to skip a promotion deliberately than to activate it and then wager under time pressure. Time pressure is the worst adviser in gambling.

Five misunderstandings we often clear up

From many conversations in the live chat, we know the points at which promotions are most often misunderstood.

"Free spins are cash." What free spins bring in is initially bonus money with a wagering requirement. Only after that is it withdrawable.

"A bigger bonus means better chances of winning." More balance means more spins, but not a better hit rate per spin. Every round stays just as random.

"Live roulette is ideal for bonus wagering." Live games count only to a limited extent. With an active bonus, slots from the "Bonus Wagering" section are the clearly better choice.

"Cashback compensates for losses." Cashback returns a part, never everything. It is a cushion, not a right of return.

"Skipping a week means losing benefits." The fixed promotions return every week. A break costs nothing except one round of free spins.

Which games suit our promotions

The promotions themselves specify some titles: Sweet Bonanza on Wednesday, Big Bass Splash at the weekend, the four free spin slots from the welcome package and the selection in the Coin Shop. For the subsequent bonus wagering, on the other hand, the choice is free, as long as the game is listed in the "Bonus Wagering" section.

Our personal rule of thumb: with a small bonus balance, choose slots with medium volatility that regularly bring smaller wins. That way the balance lasts for more spins. With a larger balance and more time, the wilder titles are fine too, where long dry spells are part of the concept.

And anyone who fancies something completely different between two wagering runs will find a quick change of pace in our Mini Games with short rounds and adjustable risk. One thing applies here: whether a Mini Game counts towards bonus wagering is stated in the bonus terms, so it is worth a quick check before starting.

A month with the weekly plan: two examples

How differently players use the same plan is shown by two typical profiles we know from everyday life. The amounts are examples, not a recommendation.

Profile A: the occasional player

Plays two evenings a week, usually Wednesday and Sunday, with a fixed monthly budget of €120.

  • On Wednesday a small deposit, plus the free spins on the sweets slot.
  • On Sunday no reload; the deposit deliberately stays below the €40 threshold.
  • On Monday the cashback at the entry level, usually a few euros.
  • Once a month the collected credits are exchanged in the Coin Shop for free spins on Book of Fallen.

Result: plenty of playing time for a small budget, no long wagering, no stress with deadlines.

Profile B: the weekend player

Plays almost exclusively at the weekend, with a fixed deposit of €200 per weekend.

  • On Friday the reload with the full €100 bonus and the spins on the angler slot.
  • On Saturday the bonus wagering is worked through on slots from the "Bonus Wagering" section.
  • On Sunday a Battle, provided a suitable slot is being scored.
  • On Monday the cashback, which grows noticeably over time thanks to the rising VIP level.

Result: the most out of the weekend, but with a clearly limited amount that is never exceeded.

Both profiles have one thing in common: the budget is set before the promotion. That is exactly how our offers should be used.

What each promotion is really worth

Big numbers on a promotion card say little about what actually ends up on the account. That is why we like to do the maths ourselves and share our assessment here, without any advertising spin.

Cashback: looks small, often the most valuable

At the entry level, 8% sounds modest. But the decisive difference lies not in the rate but in the wagering. A deposit bonus with 30x wagering requires a great deal of play before it is released. Cashback with 10x wagering at the lowest level, by contrast, is wagered considerably faster, and on the upper levels with 1x wagering it is practically free immediately. Once the effort is factored in, cashback beats many seemingly bigger offers.

Wednesday spins: value depends on the style of play

A hundred free spins are often the best value for money of the week for occasional players. Anyone who makes a small deposit midweek anyway gets a whole session on top. For players who only drop by at the weekend, on the other hand, Wednesday is simply not relevant, and that is perfectly fine.

Weekend reload: solid, but not for everyone

Half the deposit as a bonus is a decent rate, but here the wagering counts again. Anyone with time for a longer slot session on Saturday makes good use of the reload. Anyone who only wants to play for an hour or mainly visits live tables is better off leaving the box unticked and playing with pure real money, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Coin Shop: the underrated bonus

Credits feel like loose change in a jacket pocket. They get forgotten until they have piled up. That is exactly why a regular visit to the shop is worthwhile. Without a deposit, without a deadline, without activation, it is the most stress-free part of our entire offer.

Promotions for players with little time

Not everyone has the inclination or the opportunity to work through 30x wagering over several evenings. For everyone who only plays for half an hour now and then, we have put together a recommendation of our own.

The building blocks without long wagering suit short sessions best. The Monday cashback runs automatically, the Coin Shop has no deadline, and the Wednesday spins are played in a few minutes. Anyone who uses only these three and skips the welcome package and the weekend reload never has the feeling of chasing an open bonus.

A Battle can also fit well, provided it is short. Evening tournaments lasting a few hours are ideal for spontaneous participants, while weekly leaderboards are more for those who drop by regularly. And anyone with only a few minutes to spare in between reaches for a quick Mini Game with a fixed stop limit.

Short sessions are, by the way, worth no less than long ones. Many of our most satisfied players log in only twice a week, use exactly the promotions that fit their everyday life and get more enjoyment out of it than someone who takes every offer and constantly has to watch deadlines.

Bonus money and real money: what counts for a withdrawal

Many questions about promotions ultimately revolve around a single topic: what can be withdrawn and what cannot? That is why we explain the difference between the two types of balance here.

Real money is the amount deposited by the player plus everything won with it without an active bonus. This money is basically available for a withdrawal as soon as the account is verified.

Bonus money arises from promotions: from deposit bonuses, from winnings from free spins and from cashback. It only becomes withdrawable money when the associated wagering has been completed in full. Until then it can only be used for play.

Anyone who requests a withdrawal while wagering is still running should look carefully beforehand. Depending on the conditions, an open bonus can expire in the process, together with the winnings arising from it. We therefore recommend: either complete the wagering calmly or deliberately play without a bonus if a withdrawal is planned soon. Fixed limits also apply to withdrawals with us: a minimum of €20 and a maximum of €500 per transaction, €3,000 per day and €20,000 per month. Further rules on accounts and withdrawals can be found in our terms and conditions.

Our checklist before every activation

Before we tick a box in the cashier ourselves, we always run through the same five questions in our heads. Perhaps they help others in the same way:

  1. Would this deposit have happened without the offer? If not, the promotion is the wrong occasion right now.
  2. Is there enough time for the wagering? Ten days sounds like a lot, but it is not if play only happens at the weekend.
  3. Do the games fit? Anyone who mainly likes live roulette gets little out of slot-heavy wagering.
  4. Is another bonus already open? Two running wagering requirements at the same time make everything confusing.
  5. Is a withdrawal planned in the next few days? Then better to play without a bonus so that nothing expires.

If all five answers fit, the promotion is a genuine gain in playing time. If not, skipping it is the smarter choice.

How we communicate about promotions

We show news about promotions in two places: on the promotion cards in the account and, where consent has been given, in our email communications. Marketing messages can be unsubscribed from at any time in the account settings without losing any promotions. The promotion cards in the account remain visible in any case.

How we handle the data required for this is described in our privacy policy. For questions about a specific promotion, our live chat helps around the clock, and all contact routes are on the contact and support page.

Promotions on the go

All promotions also work in our web app on the smartphone, without a download from a store. Promotion cards, cashier, free spins, progress bars and Coin Shop are just as accessible on mobile as on a computer.

One limitation we address openly: hardly anyone reads long conditions thoroughly on a small screen. Anyone using a promotion for the first time is therefore best off looking at the promotion card calmly once before activating it on the go with two taps.

Setting limits, even with good offers

Promotions make play more varied, but they change nothing about the basic rules. Gambling can lead to financial losses and be addictive. A wagering target only describes how much has to be played. Along the way, the entire bonus money can be lost.

As soon as a deposit happens only because of an offer, it is time for a break. Our support sets up a self-exclusion via the live chat at any time, without asking questions. Further advice and support services are gathered on the page about responsible gambling at EgoGames. The BZgA, the German gambling addiction helpline, offers anonymous and free advice on 0800 1 37 27 00, and online help is also available at check-dein-spiel.de.

Frequently asked questions

On which days are there promotions at EgoGames?

At the start of the week comes the cashback, midweek the Sweet Bonanza spins, and the weekend belongs to the reload. The Coin Shop and Battles are available on all days.

What is the maximum bonus from the weekend reload?

Half of the deposited amount is added on top, up to €100, plus 50 spins on Big Bass Splash. The minimum deposit is €40, and the maximum is reached from €200.

Is there cashback without a VIP level?

Every account starts automatically at the entry level and receives 8% cashback there, up to €50 per week with 10x wagering. No registration is needed.

Do credits in the Coin Shop expire?

Credits accumulate during play and are redeemed whenever it suits. There is no fixed deadline for them as there is with free spins.

Can promotions be declined?

Yes. In the cashier, every promotion is only activated with a tick. Without a tick, the deposit goes through without a bonus, and the weekly cashback remains unaffected.

One week, many possibilities

Our weekly plan is an offer, not an obligation. Anyone who uses every building block gets a lot out of it. Anyone who only likes Wednesday is just as welcome. To start, we recommend a tour of the lobby, then a visit to the current Battles is worthwhile, and anyone still new reads the conditions of the welcome package briefly beforehand.

18+ only. Play in moderation, because gambling carries a risk of addiction. Help around the clock online at check-dein-spiel.de, and by phone from the BZgA, the German gambling addiction helpline, on 0800 1 37 27 00.
