A second example with a larger loss: with a net loss of €900, 8% would mathematically come to €72. Here the cap of €50 takes effect, and no more is refunded on VIP 0.
A worked example at the very top
On VIP 25 the proportions shift noticeably. A member ends a week with a net loss of €4,000. At 25%, that results in a cashback of €1,000. The maximum of €7,500 lies far above, so the full sum is credited.
The decisive difference, however, lies in the wagering. With 1x, the cashback only has to be wagered once, so €1,000 in playing volume. The cashback therefore behaves almost like real money and is one of the strongest benefits in our entire offer at this level.
Why the sums never add up anyway
We want to be honest at this point, even if it takes the shine off our own programme. Even the most generous rate refunds only a fraction. At 25%, 75 out of 100 lost euros are still gone.
